You have to be in a Toy box, and from the meny just choose to go into the 'Hall of Heroes' section.

But where is it? The achievement already tells you what you need to do.

i've edited, just go in a toy box, and then the manu and go from there

When in the toy box, place a Disney Infinity hub. Walk over to the red circle. remember to save your game before you do. You will spawn in a large building. Just walk a few steps and the achievement should unlock.

At any point in the open world, press 
=> Travel => Hall of Heroes. The trophy will pop shortly afterwards.
