Plug in 2 USB microphones and select Multiplayer from the main menu then select Team Play. Dont bother messing with the teams just select Next, it doesnt matter if you pick Versus or Duet then Start. The game will then 'select' your team players (be player 1 and 2 no matter what) then choose any song to play and the achievement will pop at the end of the song.

You can easily do this by yourself, just make sure you have two microphones for you to use. To play a Team Play mode song go to Main Menu > Multiplayer > Team Play. Now make it to where there is 1 person on each team and select any song. Complete the song and the achievement will unlock.
