Select Single Player then Gig Mode - select one song and then press right on the D pad and select start.
Complete this one song and the cheev will pop.

To do this simply go to Main Menu > Single Player > Gig Mode. From there select any 1 song of your choosing and hit "Start" in the bottom right-hand corner. Complete the song and you will get this achievement.
