-Select "Camp Rock - Hasta La Vista".
-Open up the .wav (I used Windows Media Player) and change the settings so it loops the .wav when it finishes.
-Plug in a pair of earphones and hold them up against the microphone.

Exactly what it says on the tin - just finish a song in "Your On Your Own" mode in Single Player. I didn't even sing it and it popped (just left Rockband Mic on top of my xbox nr telly)

This game mode is a little different than the others. You get no notes nor do you see how well you are doing in the song. You just simply sing the song and watch the music video. So I suggest choosing a song you know so you don't fail the song and can easy complete it. To do this go to Main Menu > Single Player > You're on your own!.
