You should get this with the first 20 songs you sing. If you do not then while you're going for the "Sing all 100 songs" achievement you should easily get this achievement as scoring 500,000 points is very easy. If you think you can master Normal or Hard difficulty do that but obviously it's easier on the Easy difficulty.
You can check how many songs you have over 500,000 points on by going to Main Menu > Perzonalize > High Scores. Then click on "Combined High Scores" and it will tell you how many songs you have sang and their total score. Count the ones you have completed and gotten over 500,000 points on.
