To get Saviour of the Universe! you will have to complete every level in all of the worlds. There are 6 worlds and they are as follows.
1) Pirates of the Carribbean which will also net you the Swashbuckler achievement.
2)Monsters Inc. netting you the Scary Feet achievement
3)Alice in Wonderland = Time for Tea! achievement
4)Alladdin = Hero of the Sands achievement
5)Lion King= It means no worries! achievement
6)Wall-E = Return to Earth achievement
So after completing all of the six worlds you will get Saviour of the Universe!
