This one was a pretty tough one for me because I kept throwing the other player around the level but couldn't get the achievement. I didn't know you had to throw them off the ledge of the level.
You have to throw them off the ledge of the level so they call fall off and die. So get close to the ledge of any level, pick up and spin the other player by holding "Y", then let go of the button to throw them off the edge of the level.

i done this on the first level with 2 controlls pick the second player up with Y and pushed it again to chuck them of the side
