All magic items locations:
Mickey Mouse/Camera - You get this near start of game, on Main Street
Cinderella/Wand - Fantasyland near King Arthur's Carousel
Buzz Lightyear/Blaster - Tomorrowland outside the Astro Blasters
Aladdin/Spyglass - Adventureland, near the Jungle Cruise
Stinky Pete/Fishing Rod - Frontierland, near Big Thunder Mountain
Br'er Fox/Megaphone - Critter Country, near Winnie the pooh ride
Donald Duck/Water Squirter - Toontown, at his House (available after reaching lvl 8)
Naveen/Baton - New Orleans Square
