How to unlock the Happiest Place on Earth achievement in Disneyland Adventures - Definitive Guide
There are a lot of adventures in the park to complete. Many of them are fetch quests, taking photographs and talking amongst groups of characters. Some have specific items to collect in the attractions, which can mean having to do some of those again, if you have already done so (see below). There is a trail you can follow, so everything is easy to find and you can fast travel to attractions and other areas using the park map if walking gets tedious.
Every task that shows up in the Adventure Journal must be completed. Make sure to check the Park Map for the '!', as talking to new characters is needed to activate their respective adventures. If you see other characters needing your attention, feel free to talk to them. Progress does not get reset for whatever adventure you are focused on and this saves some time in the longrun.
After completing a character's adventures, you get told to find more of their items. These are NOT required and will not show up in the journal. They are only needed if you actually want to get 100% for the in-game completion percentage.
Attraction tasks
These are tasks on attractions that a character has told you to go to in order to progress their adventure. Use this guide for specific chapters required to be played on the attractions and what you need to do:

Just as a point of interest, the Adventures will have you visit every Attraction except Small World, Pixie Hollow, Space Mountain, and Haunted Mansion. And Pixie Hollow is the only Attraction with no related achievements, except getting the Pins. So if you're trying to be as efficient as possible by avoiding Attractions until required, you can do those 4 at any time.
For most of the Adventures (besides the ones in the old XBA thread), it's pretty obvious what chapter to play. Some exceptions that come to mind:
- Peter Pan wants to see that you can fly. Playing just Chapter 1 of Peter Pan's Flight is not enough to satisfy him. You may need to play all 4 chapters, but I'm not sure.
- The clue to Stinky Pete's location is on Chapter 2 of Big Thunder Mountain.
As far as I know, Princess Faire is the only Attraction with locked portions until you complete enough Adventures. You need to complete a princess' quests before you can dance with her.

Ariel's Float is locked in the parade until you complete her mission as well.
