How to unlock the To Infinity, and Beyond! achievement in Disneyland Adventures - Definitive Guide

If you are simply following the gold trail through the park and subsequent quests you will be sure to get this.

If you want to speed up the process for this specifically though, head to Tomorrowland and talk with Buzz. He is on the right near the entrance, coming from the main square. Follow these quests.

Buzz's questline will eventually lead you to Chapter Two of Buzz's attraction, where you will be tasked with destroying the signal disrupters; they are the glowing pinball-bumper looking things in the large room at the end this chapter. The attraction is located behind Buzz himself. This is the only mission that doesn't have a clear marker. As noted in the comments, there is no visual cue within the attraction to be sure you're successful. Shoot at each one for a second or two to be sure.

(Note that you can't pre-empt quests; you must complete the quests for Buzz in the order they are given, and progress is not retroactive. Ie. You can't just do the last quest objective and get credit for the whole quest line)

There are quests for Buzz after this one, this is just the one that needed the most clarification in my view; the others are mostly fetch quests or character location quests. The signal disruptor quest leads you into the attraction, but the bumpers you have to hit aren't labeled clearly

You may encounter a quest hiatus with this line (I did Tomorrowland late-game so didn't encounter any). To move it forward, try doing other quests within Tomorrowland, quests for the Toy Story characters at Splash and Thunder Mountains, or by generally increasing your level

Heads up, when you shoot them they will not do anything. But just believe in yourself and shoot all 4 and you'll see it pop in the corner. Easy to feel like it's not working, but just try to hit each tower for a half second or so.

Thank you, I'll add the lack of completion cue to the guide 🤙

halfway through the 2nd chapter, my screen went blank but I could still shoot and hear Buzz talking... anyone else experience this?... 2nd time through, no problem

Weird, not something I'd experienced. Glad you managed to get it on a second time through 👌

Still too many fetch quests and stuff to go through after that part. I'm in the hiatus where Buzz and Aliens don't ask for stuff yet.

Keep in mind you will be required to go through chapter two on another quest, it is only during the second time through that this will count, so don't waste time trying to get this on the first quest that requires you to go through. This is a rather important detail that should be added to the guide, otherwise, one might keep trying on the first go-round to no avail.

Can you clarify what you mean for me, please?

Do you mean you have to do the attraction chapter twice, or do you mean that you need the quest to complete the quest?

I'll add more clarification that you need to follow the quest chain

I thought as the achievement description states "complete all missions" that it would go without saying that you need to get the specific quest, but a little more clarification is never a bad thing, will update

I've completed the Buzz and Aliens quest earning the Defeat Zurg pin but no achievement. Neither character is giving me anything else to do. Is there more or did my achievement glitch?

@lonesquiff been a while since I played but I would suggest going to where the other Toy Story characters are; it maybe that one of Buzz's quests has a prerequisite

@lonesquiff there is information on that in this comment thread actually, see above ☺️

Nice! Quests being level-tied is good information, I'll pop it in the main solution. Not something I thought about whilst playing but I did Tomorrowland pretty late game, didn't realise that was a condition

Of course, that's what TA's all about!! In those instances I assumed it was a distance thing from my gameplay style but can't verify that as its the only way I tried, could very well be time sensitive

There are two distinct quests that give rise to doing that attraction more than once and that second quest is the one that unlocks the achievement. I went into the attraction the first time and try, try as I might to earn the cheevo it did not pop, did it 5 times. I had all the secrets, all the stars and everything on my first run. Shot all 4 of those bumpers...no need to guess there...if it's live the aim scope has a little pin-dot in the center..when the bumper has been disabled there is no dot. I go back in, forget who sent me...think the 3 blue dudes sent me back to Buzz and he sent me in right to chapter two again. I finish it like I had five times before and the cheevo popped.

The point I'm making is that the way your instructions are written gives the impression that to "speed it up" talk to Buzz go in and knock out those four bumpers and WHAM, cheevo. smile

It's also possible the final quest is time gated. After unlocking the Zurg pin Buzz talked about graduation but never actually had a quest to do so. I know some other characters have a wait mechanic but in those instances the quest always updated to "wait around for X to finish Y". So yeah either it's that or a level thing. Thanks for updating the guide.

Interesting. It's been a while since I've gone through the game, but I would suggest (to speed things up for this specifically) talking to Stitch in Tomorrow land for area specific triggers, and possibly the Toy Story characters over by Splash and Thunder mountains

Those are the two I can think of that would trigger the rest of his questline of the top of my head

Personally, I did Tomorrow land quite late into the game, so I assume all triggers had been met
