Distrust

This achievement will take you quite a few games to get. First aid kits are in limited supply and typically you'll only get around five or so per full game.

First aid kits are typically found in the medical buildings found in zones 1-5. You can also construct a first aid kit if you have 1 sterilizing powder, 1 dirty bandage, and 1 old pills. Go to and use a medical station in the medical buildings to construct it.

You can get up to three additional kits when you get to zone 6 and search the crates located next to the snowplow. You can only search those once you turn on the generator there.

When you complete the game once, you unlock the character Phillip Strauss. He starts the game with a single first aid kit. You could use it, Save & Quit, start a new game, rinse and repeat. However, this will take quite awhile as the loading screen takes a bit, even on the X1X. You could do this when you've gotten the rest of the achievements as you'll invariably end up using a bunch of first aid kits, but probably not nearly 100 of them.

Be aware. These first aid kits will heal you up to full, grant you some warmth and (iirc) stamina, but they will only cure the 'cold' (as in being sick) condition. They will not cure the poisoning or cut condition.

Bleep bloop. Achievement unlocked. Getting this achievement will unlock Katashi Hayashi as a playable character for future games. Hope this helps.
