In order to get the second bad ending, you need to have a gun and a single bullet in your inventory when you enter the in zone 6. Approach and speak to the in the center of the map. Then examine the in the upper right portion of the map. Select the option to shoot it.

Getting this ending unlocks Nicole Steelman as a playable character for future games.
