In order to get this, you need to cook 5 different types of food on the stoves that are typically found in the buildings labeled with a crossed fork and spoon on the map. They are: Frozen Vegetables, Instant Noodles, Instant Soup, Coffee Beans (beware, making coffee will often bring up a chance menu, select the first option to continue making coffee, and you'll get a tossup as to whether or not you actually make it, if you do win the toss you'll get 2 coffees instead of 1), and Potatoes.
