There is a mirror on the box, we put the main character in max persuasion and he will convince everyone that you should be God

The trophy is given in the co-op, verified by me personally

If you play on a split screen, the trophy will drop to both players as soon as you enter the academy

Took two non-plot lone wolves. The trophy didn't drop

2 plot lone wolves (GG - Fane, companion - Ifan). Completed Ifan's quests, allowed him to be the first to start a conversation, maintained normal relationships, etc. In the end, he supported me - the trophy fell out.
