How to unlock the Angel and Demon achievement in Divinity: Original Sin 2 - Definitive Edition - Definitive Guide
There appears to be at least a couple of ways of getiing this achievement. You either need Lohse as your main character, or to avoid having Lohse in your party at all (as the doctor will demand to speak to Lohse, instead of your main character).
Both methods from then on are similar:
Avoid making any pacts with the god king at the Academy.
In Arx, complete the mission in the sewers to deal with Isbeil. Upon returning to the town square, a lizard will run up and invite you to see the doctor. Ensure you are controlling your main character before he speaks to you (whether that's Lohse or someone else), or he will invite the wrong person (i.e. one of your companions). If you get it wrong, reload your save and try again.
Then go and speak to the doctor in the Black House; again controlling your main character. You just need to agree with him during the conversation to accept the pact.
Then just continue playing to the end of the game. At the end, the doctor will appear and you just need to honour the agreement with him to get the achievement.
Note: if you are trying different endings,

Well I made the deal in an honor playthrough, got the honor achievement but this one did not unlock. Any chance you have a save game you can invite me too that would unlock this? I could trade for the honor playthrough achievement. Or I have a save at the destroy all eggs achievement as well.

Do you know if killing either the Doctor's Demon ambushers or the Advocate can prevent a deal from getting struck?
Thanks

I would like to make a small clarification upon receiving this trophy, if you complete Lowse’s side quest, then at the end of her quest chain you will not be able to negotiate with the Doctor, when you go to him with Lowse, he attacks you in any case, if you go without her, he says that without her, she won’t talk to you, so for those who are going for platinum, I recommend not to take Lowe into the team, or how will I go through the game again))

However, it is still possible to negotiate with the doctor if Lowse is the main character.

I received this trophy while playing as Beast and Fane. Lowse took her into the group, but ran with her only in Fort Joy, and killed her in the race for divinity. In Arks I received an invitation, but the door at the entrance to the doctor’s house warned that Fenin would not be welcome (Fenin entered into and broke a contract with King God). I left him at the doorstep, and the beast made an agreement with the doctor.

If you have convinced all your companions that it is you who should ascend, then it is the main character who must negotiate with the doctor, otherwise everyone will change their mind about sharing divinity with the doctor after the final battle without the right to choose in the dialogue...
