Once you reach the Phantom Forest, head south east along the path and you'll come to the entrance of Hunter's Edge. You'll be confronted by two guards, but if you have the enchanted Amulet, you should be able to claim you are an Immaculate and walk on through. Gaining access to the town and the achievement.
