How to unlock the Wolfpack achievement in Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition - Definitive Guide

Initially I thought that this talent was required to be taken at the beginning of the game and you had to play the entire game with the Lone Wolf trait. This is not the case. I played online co-op and played a vast majority of the game without it. My co-op partner and I both took the trait and I believe each player must have it for it to count for them. Regardless if one person takes the talent nobody can have a ally.

Your last talent can be taken at level 19. You can choose a new talent every 4 levels after level 3.
We leveled up to 19 saved our talent. We were actually level 20 when fighting the last battle.
The DOS:EE ending is different from the DOS2 ending series.

Can confirm NRGY Ranta's method. Saved last talent point with both of the main characters, beat the final boss with the full party of four, then as soon as the zone after the final boss loaded I grabbed Lone Wolf with each main character. Run forward for a bit, game ends, and Wolfpack achievement popped right before Grand Finale, during credits.

Method of doing it AFTER the Void Dragon still works as of 08/10/2018.

- Save the talent point @ lvl 19
- Play through the game until the Void Dragon
- Defeat the dragon and watch a cutscene
- Ample time afterwards where you can wander freely and allocate the Lone Wolf talents
- Achievement unlocks after you leave the area and credits roll

I played this split-screen co-op with my wife from start to finish, she used her final ability point on something other than lone wolf, but I saved mine for after we beat the void dragon then applied it to the lone wolf trait, and got the achievement as the credits rolled.

Confirmation that only the main account needs to save the point if you're playing local co-op.

You only need to have the Lone Wolf talent on 1 of your main characters.
You can still take/keep Glass Canon on the other character if you want (Glass Canon is not compatible with Lone Wolf).
But even if you have put Glass Canon on both your main characters don't worry, once you have enough rooms opened up in The End of Time, there is a NPC where you can respec every aspect of your characters & compantions, including the talents so you can still switch Glass Canon for Lone Wolf etc.
