How to unlock the The mind is a terrible thing to test achievement in Divinity: Original Sin - Enhanced Edition - Definitive Guide

Region: Cyseal
Quest Name: The Philosopher
recommended Level: 1+
Achievement missable: yes, if you anserwer wrong the first time and don't reload

At the Graveyard [18] you found a shovel, with that you can dig up the NW grave. There you find the Philosopher that asks you a few Questions. The Answers can be found in the Libary of Cyseal [14]. Talk to Victoria at the First Floor if you can read books here and then find the Book The Philosophy of Death (or just steal it) - you don't need to Book, you can just answer as Followed:

1: Of course not.
2: Not entirely, no.
3: Your salvation.

Damn "set personality=maniac" companion hindering my answering... got it, thanks. Searched the wrong cemetery at first.

Go to the graveyard right above Cyseal (it's north of the buildings, but technically still inside the town) and dig up graves until a ghost pops out. His name is Nemris or something. Talk to him and take the test. The answers are 2, 2, 1.

Do note there are some monsters in these graves, including a level 8 enemy. If you are very low level (or on a very hard difficulty), quicksave before doing this in case you pick the wrong grave. Achievement will unlock after you give the right answers.

In the north part of Cyseal you will find the grave of Nemris in the corner of the graveyard, just to the right of a big rock with a tree growing out of it.

Dig his grave and his ghost will appear. He will then ask three questions regarding his book. (Make sure you concur with your 2nd character). The correct options for his three questions are 2, 2, and 1.
