Rewind 4 The Win

Rewind 4 The Win

Perform 4 720° rewinds in a single mix, on any difficulty level without dropping your multiplier.

How to unlock the Rewind 4 The Win achievement in DJ Hero 2 - Definitive Guide

For this achievement you must do 4 rewinds in the same mix without dropping your multiplier.

Notes:
When performing a rewind the turntable must spin around twice (720°)

You can drop your multiplier during the song, just not during any rewind sections, your streak counter and multiplier should stay the same while you play each section the second time.

You can use any difficulty, so play on one that you feel very comfortable with.
I would also recommend playing one of the easier mixes.

None specific, something you feel pretty comfortable with since you have to get 4 streaks long enough to grant you a rewind

Medium 40 note streak
Hard 50 note streak
Expert 60 note streak

i got this achievement playing Flo Rida ft Will.I.Am/Clinton Sparks, DJ Class & Jermaine Dupri (In The Ayer/Favourite DJ) on medium, the song is pretty easy, with lots of nice places with gaps for you to hit the spin nicely. I managed 5 or 6 rewinds, with a 200 note streak on this song.

hit the rewinds early. i was struggling to figure out how i was going to get this achievement, as i was only earning 2 or 3 rewinds in a song. but if you use the rewind as early as convenient, not waiting for good sections to come along, you can earn lots more

use the rewind shortly after a new section has started. that way, you are only replaying short sections of song, and are less likely to drop your multiplier

make sure you get the 720 spin. doesn't matter if you go over 720, i did some 1080s because i spun too hard. watch your turntable while it is rewinding, so you can catch it when the buttons are coming around again and start playing quickly, dont catch it when the buttons are on the other side of the board, as you're likely to screw up your multiplier.

use euphoria if you have rewound to a part of the song with crossfades, to ensure every crossfade is hit perfectly. taakes one thing off your mind while playing.

hit it four times and the achievement pops at the end of the song

Just Made 4 rewinds in any song and try not to miss any note after you make up to the place wher you start your rewind. I do it on the second block of songs from Ibiza. Easy one.

This is Best done on Beginner difficulty. I tried on Easy and Medium but the DJ Turntable I bought is not the greatest so keeping a streak is hard. But I managed to get this Achievement first try on Beginner Difficulty. Good Luck and I hope this information helps.

What the achievement essentially wants from you is to 100% the song during 4 rewinds. What I mean is, if you're playing on Expert, you'll need to score at least 240 notes and never miss anything. Since the achievement doesn't require a difficulty, if you can't get this on your preferred difficulty, just drop down. Beginner only requires 20 notes to get a rewind, so that would make life incredibly easy.

To further clarify, a 720 rewind is when the turntable spins twice around before stopping. You need to make a hard and fast spin to achieve this.

When you get a streak of 60, you will be rewarded with a rewind. To get a 720‘ rewind, just perform a rewind with the turntable, but instead of only letting the turntable rotate once, let it go around twice before getting back into position. After you perform the 720‘ rewind, you will have to be perfect until you get back to the place you used the rewind. Perform 3 more of these in a song to get the trophy. The longer the song, the better chance you'll have of getting 4 rewinds. The trophy will pop when the song ends.

We choose a mix, a complexity that is convenient for you, and play, every 55 or 60 notes you can do a rewind, as soon as it appears we immediately turn it, everything is extremely simple.
