The Setlist Challenges are the ones with the "Unlock X amount of Stars for the Following:" stipulation on it. All you need to do is beat 3 of these and the achievement will unlock. Shouldnt be too difficult (;

This will come naturally in Empire mode. Complete 3 setlist challenges and it's yours. The setlist challenges include "West Coast Beats", "Radio Jams" and "Bonus Setlist" in the Ibiza venue.

Before each setlist in Empire Mode, there should be a stipulation that reads; "Unlock X amount of Stars for the Following:". All you need to beat is beat 3 of these and you will unlock the achievement.
