This one is actually pretty easy though I wonder why only 26% unlocked it. To do so just activate six rewinds in this very long mix.
You can do this on any difficulty your comfortable with. I did it in Expert Mode on my first try and I failed at building up my multiplayer at one or two parts but I did it. You shouldn't have any problem with this.

If you want a tip on which difficulty to pick from, I'd mostly recommend you to take Hard. It has the same ammount of taps etc but its slower, you don't have scratch directions and you only need a multiplayer of 50 to get a rewind. Those of you who aren't familiar with Expert and have some problems on Hard take medium as it is much easier for not that highly skilled players to try it on medium.

Not trying to contradict other guides as they are correct, technically, but you can earn this on medium with NO power decks.

I just activated eight rewinds on medium without a powerdeck hitting 100% of notes. Its an easy song.

Don't worry about higher difficulties, or power decks.
