How to unlock the Supreme Master Of The Empire achievement in DJ Hero 2 - Definitive Guide

You must finish the set with 12 stars and the achievement will be yours.
The things i do before begining the set was taking a special deck, i choose the deck that give you more points in the tap section because i'm good in tap section, so the things to do is to choose the good power deck for you because every power deck do different things, i do 5 stars on the first song, then 4, and last one 3 and the achievement pop. Just practice and good luck... Hope this help

Do you have to play all the way to that point on expert in a empire game or can you play it on a med or hard game and change difficuly for that set?

you just have to play DJ Shadow's setlist on Expert. I first beat the game on hard (it's good to do like that because you will unlock different power deck), then i come back to empire mode choose the set and change difficulty to Expert.

Thanks for the tip about the tap deck, it helped a great deal. I'll just add that if you are like me and 5 starred the 1st track pretty easily but didn't get enough stars on the other 2 tracks, then just play and keep restarting the 2nd and 3rd track till you get 4 then 3 stars rather than doing the 1st track over and over to get to the other tracks...you can restart the track even after the last note. Thanks again, thumbs up :)

since the last 2 songs are scratch heavy, i used the scratch deck instead of the tap deck.

I actually found the third song to be easier to 4 star than the second, so if you're having a hard time 4 starring the second, try moving on with 3 stars.

When I did this on Hard, I got 5* on Midnight in a Perfect World (1st song), 4* on Day that never comes (2nd song) and 3* on the last song.
Not sure if it will work out that way on Expert but personally I still think the songs get harder as the setlist goes on.

Just got this, I used the Tap Master deck, I've only just started out on Expert and I'm not a good scratcher yet. It was easiest to 5* Midnight in a Perfect World. 4* is possible on Kanye West/Metallica. The easiest bit to use rewinds and Euphoria at is on the heavy chorus with the up down scratches/crossfades. You will go through another Euphoria if you do well enough and extend it. I made a lot of use of the effects dial aswell even if it was only a x2, make sure you position your hand such that you can stretch a finger to turn it while keeping your general hand position near the crossfader.
Just flailed through the 3rd song for the 3 stars, I found that song the most difficult but I'm better at crossfading and taps, not scratches!

Practice always makes perfect. before attempting these songs on expert, I would suggest that you started on medium and worked your way up, that way you can become familiar with the songs. Also once you have it unlocked, use the deck that speeds up the notes coming at you. That way you get used to the notes coming fast so when you play it on a normal deck, its like the notes are moving in slow motion and its much easier to pick up on.

This sounds like it might work. I know what you mean when I read this, I use hyperspeed on guitar hero and it spreads the notes out so you can see what you have to do a bit easier and it also seems easier when you go back to a slower speed aswell.

This trophy will also get you Master Of The Empire and Grand Master Of The Empire if you haven’t already got them. To get this, you need to play Empire mode until you reach DJ Shadow’s setlist. You must play on Expert. Pick a power deck that you’re comfortable with. I recommend the Multiplier deck. You only need 4 stars in each mix to get the total 12 stars. Or 5 stars, 4 stars and 3 stars. Or whatever combination that will give you 12 stars.

There is not a big bug on this site with these three achievements, but that is, the number of people who made these achievements is mixed up. In Master Of The Empire there should be the highest % who received, in Grand Master Of The Empire the average %, and in Supreme Master Of The Empire the smallest %.
Well, as for achievements, just practice, take the rewind power deck.
