How to unlock the The Completist achievement in DJ Hero 2 - Definitive Guide
I would recommend Soulja Boy Tell 'em - Crank That / Chamillionaire - Ridin' for this achievement.
Even on Expert, the speed is still pretty slow, and the scratches are as simple as it gets. It's pretty heavy on taps, so the "Tapmaster" deck (or whatever it's called) is a good bet for a great score. It's also pretty easy to get rewinds, and remember to use them. They can greatly boost your score.
I am no master at this game (I usually play on medium), and I maxed out the star meter, i.e way past 5 stars, on my first try, very easily.
Then it's just a case of repeating at each difficulty level.

Just to add to the above solutions, I found that Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five/ Kool and the Gang (The Message / Jungle Boogie) was a nice and easy one if you don't like lots of taps.
All the directional scratches are an up-down-up-down pattern and using a power deck (taps or scratches) makes it even easier.

The other solution tell you the good things to do, you have to finish a song with 5 stars on all difficulty including EXPERT, so here is the things i want to add, i recommand to take a song with a low BPM rather than the shortest song. The shortest song is ''jump around'' but the song is not so simple with the scratch in expert and she got a high BPM.
You can also use a power deck to earn the stars more quickly.

Pick a mix and 5 star it on every difficulty. Pick your favorite of the first 3 tracks to do it with because they are quite easy on Expert.
This achievement is rather easy, especially after you 5 Star a song on Expert. What you need to do is simply play a song 5 times, picking each difficulty from Beginner up to Expert, and 5 star it. Like I said, if you can 5 Star it on Expert, then this will be no problem.
