dj qbert only comes up twice in empire mode as a chekpoint battle
1st in ibiza
*spoiler* and second in the last set ibiza encore
the last mix is harder as it is further through the game
this can be done on any difficulty

DJ Qbert will show himself more than once during Empire mode. You will battle him once in Ibiza. Then when you beat him for the second time (in Ibiza: Encore), you will get this trophy.

DJ Qbert is one of the DJ's you will need to beat for The Emperor, so there is no possible way to miss this if you are going for the full 1000.

I advise you to play on hard or expert, it will feel like a battle, much more interesting. And the achievement is also simple and again from a career, so don’t miss it.
