Simply choose a song in quickplay or play a pre-set setlist, and run through a song (mix) without quitting.

As simple as the description says.

All you have to do is to complete any mix, in any game mode (besides the tutorial mode) and this trophy should unlock.

Note: If you are connected to the internet while playing the mix, after you complete the mix, your score will be automatically uploaded to the online leaderboard. This earns you

Once you finish your Basics tutorial on how to be a DJ you will be able to choose a setlist called "Scratching the surface". It is formed by three songs but just by mixing one you will get this trophy. It doesn't matter how well you do, you will get this trophy anyway.
