How to unlock the Break the Limit achievement in DJMAX RESPECT V - Definitive Guide

This achievement will require an insane amount of time and a piece of your soul.
I'll try and skip most of the rigamaroo because I figure If you're reading this you already understand the basics.
I use a keyboard and like to keep my fingers spaced apart by using the number pad on the far right side of my keyboard. Left shift Right shift for the alternative holds
4b: AS78 5b: AS789 6b: ASD789 8b: ASDC7894
You should get very well acquainted with 3 of the 4 button modes, seeing as you will need to get 500 combos and probably won't be able to get even half of them on a single mode versatility in each of them will be required.
Find speed settings that work for you. I usually stayed around or above 4x speed, but I would bring it down to as low as 3x just to max combo a specific (usually high BPM) song.

I really don't know what advice I could really give here except the obvious, lot's of practice and learning to read the notes and react almost perfectly, as spamming will certainly not get you 500 max combos.

Edit: DJ Max has released a lot of DLC, making this achievement super easy if you're willing to spend some money.

This probably doesn't matter an insane amount but you can change your gear, for my sake preferably something bright but not visually instrusive, also I found it helpful to turn off certain MVs since some of them are very strobey.
I honestly don't play rythm games at all, the last one I remember playing was DJ hero on the Play Station early 2010. What I'm trying to say is YOU can get this achievement if you just try and try again I promise.
At times it will really suck, take a break for a day or two and you will feel fresh and will likely play better.
I started playing on 4b and worked up to max comboing a couple 8b songs, but If I could start fresh I would actually start at 6b or 8b because It is harder to work in more buttons than it is to take them away.
Good Luck friend, you shall need it!
