You have this unlocked by default upon purchasing the DLC, so this one's a freebie.
You can change your UI skin by navigating to "Collection" from the Main Menu.
Once there, under Profile, Hit F11 on keyboard/PC or
on controller/Xbox to "Edit" and it'll be the bottom of the three sections "UI" after "Profile" and "Skin".
Select that section, and select the Muse Dash UI, and back out from the menus and it should Pop!
