Groove Prayer's 5B HD pattern is a direct port of the chart from the actual Groove Coaster game, which you can see playing in the song's background. With the BLIND effect enabled the notes in your game will turn invisible so it's intended to have you play along to the background instead.
To do this legit just move your gear to the left or right side of the screen, then play through the song once while keeping an eye on the background to get a feel for what each note means and then just replay it with BLIND enabled, the song is pretty basic so it hopefully shouldn't be too hard.
Otherwise you can just play along to a video of the song, or you can join an Open Match with somebody who is playing it without the BLIND effect and look at their screen instead.
