Load up Fermion on 4B NM with your Fever set to OFF.
Then play along until you reach a combo of about 638 and miss all of the remaining notes. If you're worried about keeping a Max Combo up until that point, watch this video by mdcurtis99 to get an idea of where to stop playing. Ideally, with a full meter, you want to hit the first 5 of the alternating 2 middle notes right at the end of the song and then miss everything afterwards.
