This achievement was changed from it's original "Play" on PS4 to actually Passing the mission.
The song is a low difficulty 4B so Perfect Play isn't as stressful as it could be
If playing on console definitely wire your Xbox controller to reduce latency. You can plug a USB cable into your controller or use a wired controller.
This is something that only applies to Xbox. Plugging in your PS4 controller via USB on PS4 does nothing for latency, if you're playing on PC I imagine your keyboard most likely is wired.
