The guide says that “the easiest song is Ray Tuning 6B HD, 8B HD or 4B SC, with above 99% accuracy”, but I found that Ray Tuning 6B SC is much easier for me.
I tried Ray Tuning 6B HD for weeks and the best I could get was 99.25%, with 149xx extra points. According to the guide, the author got 99.29% on 6B HD, so I guess they unlocked both achievements at the same time, but I got only the other achievement of 9000 combo, not this one.
Today, I suddenly realized that, why don’t I try some other patterns? Then I unlocked the achievement at the first time trying 6B SC.
If getting very high accuracy is hard for you, and you don’t have issue playing harder patterns, I recommend trying harder patterns, instead of “easiest songs” that require very high accuracy.

UPDATE: The solution above is for the old achievement, whose requirement was “Played CHUNITHM tracks earned 15,000 additional score with FEVER”. The requirement of the achievement has now changed to “Used FEVER 30 times during the CHUNITHM track play”, so the solution is no longer applicable.

If I remember correctly to hit the last fever for 15000 bonus score on ray tuning 6B HD you need around 99.60% accuracy, it's easily the tightest chart accuracy wise that is possible for this cheevo.

I checked my record and found that I got 362290 points and 99.25% accuracy rate on Ray Tuning 6B HD. Here is how I calculate extra points:
350000 * 99.25% = 347375
362290 - 347375 = 14915
So extra points got from FEVER should be 14915, unless I have some misunderstanding about how FEVER works.
