How to unlock the That's Gotta be My Girlfriend! achievement in DJMAX RESPECT V - Definitive Guide

You'll need a full party of 7 people in your Open Match lobby for this. All 7 players need to get a Max Combo at the same time so you probably won't have too much luck joining with randoms, although everyone is free to do it on the 4B NM pattern at the same time to make it as easy as possible.

Does everyone else in the lobby need to own the DLC in order to play this song, or just the host?

All players will need to own the DLC, since without it they'll just be forced to spectate and won't be able to get the Max Combo
