In order to unlock the TECHNIKA 2 ad in your Collection, you need to clear the TECHNIKA 2 DLC Mission 1-6, 'Signature Collection'. Then just go into your Collection and the achievement should pop after you let the video play all the way through.
The requirements to complete this mission are a lot harder than what was seen in the base game. You'll need to earn 336,000 points, get a combo of 10,000 and keep your rate above 93%, but what makes this particularly challenging is that you'll be playing with a significantly smaller hit window than normal and the note lanes will be random. The songs are pretty difficult too, as you'll need to play 8B MX, 5B SC, 6B MX and 4B SC all with the reduced hit window.

When I went for this I made sure to finish End of Mythology with at least a 90.5-91% rate, otherwise I'd just restart. Then I'd spend Out Law building up a combo and getting the rate over the 93%, then use Thor to finish the combo and get the rate as high as I could before going into D2, which is absolutely brutal on random. It's a good idea to restart each of these songs early if you feel like the random lanes have arranged in a way that would make some later parts more awkward. On D2 in particular I just kept resetting until all of the keysounds were in order from left to right before even attempting the the song.

D2 is absolutely insane, i spent almost 5 hours today, most of it on stream, going for this mission, and let me tell you, score is going to be your worst enemy, close with accuracy, you need 336k minimum on each song, consider any points above this as spare, if you reach 340k once, you can reach 332k the next song.
here are my scores that ended with me FAILING THE MISSION ON D2 LIKE COME ON PLSSSSSSSS GAME:
-End of Mythology ~94.50%, 340k points, ~1900 combo at the end
-Out Law ~95.00%, 682k points, ~7000 Combo (MAX COMBO)
-Thor ~92.78%, managed to go up to 95.50% and lost EVERYTHING in the last 3 sections. i dont remember the points but i was ok, 10k Combo was reached.
-D2, absolute hell. down to 91%, 30k points missing at the end.
this mission is actually insane, and i used a strat i found to play a poor man's auto fever as well taping my L4 (in 6B) with the key next to it and binding it to Fever
