The required rate for the last mission “B O n u S” was 99.90% on day 1, which made it extremely hard.
However, the required rate dropped to 99.50% since day 2, so it is now not that hard. Still a little hard, but won’t be really a problem, once you got used to the rhythm.
I tried several times, and finally got 99.4x% on one try and 99.5x% on the next try. If you find it hard to catch the rhythm, try reading bar lines.

The hardest achievement of this DLC. You can find the BOnuS mission under the V Extension 5 Villain mission list.
The requirement to complete the mission is to get at least a 99.50% judgment rating and get a Max Combo while playing Right Time 4B NM (which is a level 2 chart). While this may sound very easy, it actually isn’t. 2 effectors are active: Fade Out 2 which makes the notes on your Gear fade very early and Slide Down which slows down the note speed as you play through the song. Also, the one thing this mission does NOT tell you is the notes are randomized on every play so memorizing the chart in Free Style will unfortunately not help you here.
UPDATE: If there is a plus side to this, the mission used to be much harder when the DLC was first released on Steam on 12/07/2023, requiring you get a 99.90% judgment rating. After some complaints came in about the mission’s brutally hard requirements, the developers eased the requirements the next day, dropping it from 99.90% to 99.50% which makes it a little more easier to do.
UPDATE 2: Yuumeda has updated the TA achievement guide and has given some ways to make completing this mission much more easier. Link below.

long to explain but i discovered a cheese strat for it, the walkthrough will explain it in details and i already finished editing the page so you just have to wait until the overseer publishes the whole thing tomorrow or tonight if lucky
