The puzzles are completely random each time you load up the game so I can only give you a waypoint in solving it.
On the walls are four paintings (possibly one will spawn as a mirror) on each you can shine your light and a number may appear, if it doesn't interact with it and move it around until you see it.
Now the game is broken and doesn't really give you much in the way of discovering which order the numbers go in sometimes, so you'll either have to reload a new game if you can't figure it out or try every combination of those numbers until it unlocks the door.
E.g. my numbers (from painting by the door to the otherwise of the room) 0, 6, 8, 7.
Putting those numbers in didn't unlock the door but 6 - 8 - 0 - 7 unlocked it. Buckle up, it looks like these puzzles aren't Resident Evil calibur
