Once you have left the Tardis and started the first mission proper, you will approach a small camp site with a tent just after the glitch that removes the tree. Usee the Sonic Screwdriver to open the box to the right of the tent and collect the torch. Once you've done this, press the 
button to activate the UV light and unlocking this achievement.

During the outside portion of Lucia Minor, you will come across a box with a baseball bat leaning against it. Inside this box is a flashlight. Pick up the flashlight and turn it on with Triangle.
This may actually be a missable trophy, but I believe the flashlight is required, even if you never use it, so for now I've marked it as unmissable.
