This achievement is obtainable on Metebelis IV. After the first Dalek, you enter a room where Emer will take to you.
Walk to the control panel on the left side, stand a little behind the pillar in front of it and throw an object at the button. The achievement will pop immediately.

MISSABLE!
In the Dalek Temple, you will enter a room with Dalek parts (head / eye stalks) that you can pick up. Do so, then throw one of the items onto the button that opens the nearby door. There are a few other doors you can use for this trophy, but this one is by far the easiest, as you don't need to worry about being caught by a patrolling Dalek and can take your time.
