After making your way through the Dalek Temple, you will take control of a Dalek.
You need to kill Daleks and drones while making your way through the level. Aim anywhere. Don't just constantly hold down R2, or if the bar depletes, you'll have to wait a while for it to recharge and activate your guns again. This isn't difficult, and there's no collectibles to worry about.
The level is a linear path. Shoot the blue circles on the doors to open them.
You can shoot the Daleks from quite a distance, often before they even see you. Otherwise, just keep moving. You will regain health over time, so if you've taken damage, wait and recharge before moving on.
There are powerups you can shoot – they're blue orbs on the ground that give you lightning shots for a few seconds. They're helpful but not necessary.
Eventually you will get on an elevator. Focus on the drones before the Daleks on each level; they can kill you quickly, and you won't be able to move around. The drones will hit you every time, while the Daleks will often miss.
Once at the top, shoot all four energy rods, then shoot the black case surrounding the time crystal. When the lightning rods recharge, shoot them again before continuing on the case. The four energy rods will take far fewer shots to disable after the first round. NEVER deplete your gun, because after every two sections of the black case you break away, a Dalek and a drone will spawn, and the drone can kill you pretty quickly.
After the scene changes, you'll unlock this trophy.
