After clearing Manfred Grayle's house, you will find yourself in an underground maze. You won't encounter the Angels unless you go down the wrong branches or turn around. You can unlock this trophy easily at the beginning of the maze area by walking to the intersection, going right into a new room, then turning around and walking into the newly-spawned Angel.
