To get this achievement you have to use 10 items on team members that love them. This tracks across days and characters so you don't need to do it all on one character, or all in one day. All items that heal can't be used if your at full health so this isn't doable until Balloony stops healing your party mid way through episode 2. Once that happens just get into fights, take a bit of damage, and after the fight use items that the characters love to heal them.
