To get this Achievement you must win a game of Hit'n'Run. without ever getting knocked out by another player. (I did this in Museum and set off an alarm getting myself knocked out, I didn't get the Achievement, so try not to get knocked out at all.)
You can do this easily with a 2nd Controller. Simply start a Private Match of Hit'n'Run. Sign in the 2nd controller as a guest, change the bots to 0, lower the score to win to 3000, then start up the match. Once you're in, grab any weapon you find and blast away at the 2nd Controller's character until you knock them down (you will see the bar at the top of the screen move to show your progression) Once the bar fills, you win and will get this Achievement. (Just make sure you keep a set distance away unless you're going in bare knuckle.

Easiest way to get this is to set up a private Hit'n'Run match with a guest account signed in or a friend. Simply keep hitting the enemy until you reach the score limit.
