This achievement will pop in career mode once the team your created character plays for has won its first game. With the setting put to "easiest" for both batting and bowling, you should net this achievement very early on in your career.

To begin your career, select 'begin new career' from the main menu. You will then have to create your player character (which you could keep as the default if you want to pop this achievement quickly), and after this you can head into your first match.

From the career mode menu, select the top left button to simulate time to your next game, then enter the game - choose to control either just your player, or the whole team, and play the game out. It is much quicker to play the game as just your player as you can simulate all the parts of the game that don't feature your player by pressing in-game.
