Don Bradman Cricket 17

I could not get it to work too so I had a look on true trophies where the achievement description is slightly different! I unlocked it by completing a tour not a competition. The tours on don bradman are quite long. So in the cricket studio i created a one game t20 series tour. As i was not sure if simulating would void the achievement, i played match, won the toss batted first and declared. I then bowled a wide so the other other team won. Tour was over and achievement unlocked.

Make a one game T20 series tour in the Tour Editor and play the match. It will pop after you return to the menu.

The achievement is labelled incorrectly on Xbox, it is meant to be completing a tour. The PS4 version is correct.
