I got this in a First Class Career match so it may not need to be a Test Match as per the description.
In any case what you need to do is bat first and out score the opposition in the first innings of a Test Match by 200 runs (Its 150 for a First Class Match), then when asked at the end of their first innings enforce the follow on and bowl them out again before they have pass your first innings score.
You could mix this one with scoring 334 in a single batsmens innings to save time as once those runs are added to the teams total it will likely be hard for the other team to get within 200 runs pitch and difficulty depending
