i was struggling with this and was sure id taken hundreds of reflex catches . Anyway chatted to someone who had it ok, but he said it randomly unlocked after winning world championship in career mode. I can now confirm this is correct it unlocked after winninb tournement.
Its uncear whether a glitch or the devs forgot to put in description take 25 reflex catches during world cup.
Either way aslong as you pick play as full team you will almost certainly take 25 reflex over ten games to win cup.
Equally possible glitch and just unlocks after tournament.
To concude safe hands does unlock after world cup,and you are meeting ach tasks it just seems bit of a random unlock.✌

Confirming this one is glitchy, but for the positive I guess. Mine popped after winning the 50 Over World Cup, and before that specific achievement.

I simulated all my pools games, then played the 3 finals winning all matches. I played as a batsman & sped up every available chance. I didn't field, let alone take a single catch.
