This one is easy enough to do, you can probably get it pretty easy playing in career.
I prefer straight shots back over the bowler, using the power swing
.. as long as no one is standing in the field out there.
You just need to score 100 runs, whether you do it one at a time or six at a time.

A century is 100 runs. So simply score 100 runs with a single batsman. You can save every 20 or so runs if you are having trouble not being dismissed. This can be done with 2 controllers by making the bowler bowl terrible deliveries like full tosses that can be hit for 4s and 6s, and deliberately not catching the ball if the batsman accidentally offers a catch.
