For a simple unlock, play with two controllers. With your main profile use the bowling side, with controller two as the batting side. Then:
1. Bowl a simple ball through to the wicketkeeper (controller one)
2. Make the batsmen start a run (controller two)
3. Have the wicketkeeper throw the ball at the stumps (controller one)
The achievement should then pop.

To run a batsman out, you have to press and slightly hold 
when fielding. When the batsmen are running between wickets you must throw a direct hit. This is a lot easier with 2 controllers.
