If you have 2 controllers, this should be easy to get.
In the main menu, launch a Casual game then click
to change the settings. Ensure the format is "Test" then change the difficulty to Legend. Press 
on the second controller for them to join then press on both to start the game.
Once the game starts and the coin toss is out the way, pause the game using the 2nd controller and select forfeit. Click Yes and after a couple of moments the achievement should pop.

Change the difficulty to Legendary and win a match. Easier with 2 controllers, but if you don’t have 2 controllers then play a 20/20 match. Pick a good side and make sure the opposing teams side is a lower grading team. This will help your chances of winning.
