Star a net session by going to Practice and Net Practice.
When it loads up pause the game, click on bowling machine and use the following settings.
Difficulty - Rookie
Bowler type - Medium
Delivery type - Seam
Wicket Side - Over wicket
Line and Length - Good
Speed - Fixed
Then every ball just play a straight drive with
and 
. You cant get out because the ball will bounce over the wickets every time. If you want to do this even quicker try to hit the blue target behind the machine to get a x2 multiplier.
