This is a very easy achievement and will no doubt be done naturally in career mode but if you wish to get it another way.
Start a quick game, England All Stars vs Afghanistan.

. Providing your timings is not terrible (its very forgivable) and providing the ball is straight you will hit a straight 6, hitting the screen (which also gives you 50xp) and the achievement will pop.

You are going to be hitting a lot of these if you want most of the trophies. Make sure the timing is perfect, and hit the ball straight down the ground for 6. This can be done with 2 controllers by bowling a bad and easily-hittable ball.
